These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Pack Grid platform and pack-grid.com.
Use of the service
The service is intended for lawful business use related to inventory preparation, warehouse workflows, shipment organization, and labeling for Amazon-related operations.
Accounts and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, providing accurate information, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws, Amazon requirements, and their own contractual obligations.
Platform data and integrations
If the service uses Amazon Selling Partner API data or other third-party data sources, the customer is responsible for authorizing access and ensuring that its use of those integrations is permitted.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the platform to interfere with service operation, access data without authorization, violate another party's rights, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The software, website, and related materials remain the property of Pack Grid or its licensors, except for customer-owned data submitted through the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
