Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Pack Grid platform and pack-grid.com.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Use of the service

The service is intended for lawful business use related to inventory preparation, warehouse workflows, shipment organization, labeling, inventory analytics, catalog reporting, advertising performance reporting, shipment reporting, and stock planning for Amazon-related operations.

Accounts and responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, providing accurate information, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws, Amazon requirements, Amazon policies, Amazon agreements, and their own contractual obligations.

Platform data and integrations

If the service uses Amazon Selling Partner API data or other third-party data sources, the customer is responsible for authorizing access and ensuring that its use of those integrations is permitted.

The service uses seller-authorized data to provide operations, analytics, reporting, support, security, and maintenance functions for the authorizing customer. Customers must not submit or process data through the service in a way that violates Amazon requirements, privacy laws, or third-party rights.

Analytics and stock planning

Inventory forecasts, stock coverage reports, replenishment recommendations, advertising reports, catalog reports, exports, and other analytics are provided for business decision support. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions about purchasing, inventory levels, advertising, listing changes, and the amount of stock sent to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the platform to interfere with service operation, access data without authorization, violate another party's rights, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

Customers may not use the service to sell, rent, disclose, combine, or repurpose Amazon seller data except as permitted by the authorizing selling partner, applicable law, Amazon policies, and these Terms.

The service does not provide cross-seller benchmarking, competitive intelligence, customer profiling, or analytics about Amazon's business using seller-authorized Amazon data from unrelated selling partners.

Pricing and payment

Public pricing is listed on the website. The complete platform is offered for $50 per month and includes shipment creation, label printing, warehouse workflow tools, restock analytics, Brand Analytics reporting, SP-API sync, shipment history, CSV exports, and operational dashboards unless a written order form states otherwise.

There is no required setup fee, onboarding fee, or separate analytics fee. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and approved optional custom development or migration charges, which are quoted in writing before work begins.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The software, website, and related materials remain the property of Pack Grid or its licensors, except for customer-owned data submitted through the service. Customer-owned data remains the customer's property, subject to the rights needed for us to provide and support the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
